Kristo Designs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or organizational gymnastics event timing purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or any part of its functionality.

The App provides customizable gymnastics warm-up timing tools, including over 144 timing combinations, manual time selection, and add-on time features. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Kristo Designs LLC makes no guarantees regarding timing precision or fitness for specific competition standards.

All content, branding, and functionality within the App are the intellectual property of Kristo Designs LLC. Unauthorized use of logos, designs, or embedded assets is strictly prohibited.

The App may collect limited usage data to improve performance and user experience. No personal data is stored or shared without your consent. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Frederick County, VA.
